Organic Search Engine Optimisation

What is organic search engine optimisation (SEO)?

A term to describe the unpaid search results of any particular search engine. However, a sophisticated search engine optimisation company will often take the meaning of "organic" one step further. The description of "organic SEO" is not limited to what shows up in the "natural" search engine results - it includes the methodologies used to achieve such rankings such as reciprocal link exchange and discussions entered on bulletin boards and forums.

There's an "old" saying in the SEO industry that "content is king." This is not necessarily true. In our experience, well written content is king. Studies have shown that when people use search engines, they are primarily seeking one thing: information, not all the bells and whistles with amazing graphics and flash presentations. However there are sites that can get away with this such as well known brands that don't necessarily rely on being found on the web like Nike, Coke or Adidas.
