Loose Appetite Movement
The Loose Appetite Movement (LAM) is an investigation designed to expose extreme food experiences around the world, via a diary website and ultimately, a documentary. LAM will seek to explain the use and combinations of regional food, with the focus on local people as they tour and themselves around the world.
The feature-rich website includes a large database for the storage of travel tips, markets, recipes and a news blog that is interactive for posting messages online. Being web enabled, the application allows LAM to upload new data and make changes anywhere in the world.
